The actual hook itself is good, however the shop owner, customer service, instructions and mounting hardware... not so much! I usually don't leave bad reviews however the owner was just plain rude when his instructions clearly state to hammer the provided "self drilling anchors" into place until you reach the threads then to screw the rest of the way in. He told me it was my fault because "we did it wrong" and you need to "pre-drive a pilot hole"... but it doesn't not mention using a pilot hole anywhere on the instructions initially sent. Now we have to patch a hole where we originally placed his anchor that broke and move the mounting spot further from where we wanted it and likely will need to repaint the entire ceiling. Funny thing is, his original printed instructions for this type of anchor are correct, but his are crap!
